Description

The semi automatic Triumph 4815 cutter features a practical design and easy to use controls. Cuts are made using the patented “Easy Cut” activating bars. These bars allow the blade and the clamp to be operated independently and require two handed operation. The backgauge is spindle guided and can be set using a convenient hand crank. Precise positioning can be achieved using the front table digital readout. There is even a red LED cutting line for an even more accurate cut.

The Safety Cutting System (SCS) on the Triumph 4815 is designed to protect the operator during use but also while performing routine maintenance such as changing the blade. The SCS includes a front safety guard that’s electronically controlled, there’s also a transparent rear table cover. It also features automatic blade return from any position and a disc brake for instant blade stop. The blade itself is German made of solid steel. Blade depth can be easily readjusted from outside the machine. The blade can be easily removed or replaced with the convenient blade changing device which protects the user by covering the cutting edge. All the tools needed for changing the blade or performing maintenance can be found stored in a handy tool holder on the rear of the machine so they are always readily available. The well made Triumph 4815 features all metal construction and comes complete with a stand and storage shelf.
